Job Description
Assist the Department to Sell the brand by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on our HMO services.
- Identifying product/service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customer organizations (external and internal)
- To ensure patient care conforms with individual HMO/NHIS requirements/policies.
- Ensure completion of all documentation for HMOs and the timely submission of bills.
Requirements
- BSc / HND Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields
- 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
- Candidate must possess the following skills – Continuous improvement mindset, a self-starter
- Good comprehension of marketing strategies
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
